Internal Security : Politicians to be blamed?

There is no point blaming the politicians or the political system. After all, both are our own creations! What needs to be changed is the public attitude. We have to say a big NO to inefficiencies of all kind. Corruption, vote-bank politics, political-criminal nexus, red tapeism - all have to go. And this is only possible through a change in public attitude. Let's face it, the general public attitude till now has been chalta hai! - its OK!. No, its not OK. We cannot take inefficient administration for granted and give them a license to misrule. We have to select and elect wisely and make our representatives more accountable. If we can do this, nobody can dare raise a finger at us, let alone poke us where it hurts the most!
